Tampa Psychiatric Care DOES NOT provide any crisis or emergency management services. If you feel unsafe or are having a mental health crisis or emergency, please seek help immediately by presenting to your nearest emergency room, calling 911, or calling the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988. These resources are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
For patient’s local in Tampa Bay, the local Suicide Lifeline can be reached by dialing 211 which provides information on community resources and emotional support to those in need.
Other helpful resources in the state of Florida include the First Responder Hope Line which can be reached by dialing 1-866-4FL-HERO (1-866-435-4370), the Florida Veterans Support Line at 1-844-MYFLVet (1-844-693-5838), the Substance Abuse Helpline at 1-800-662-HELP (1-800-662-4357), the Florida Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-500-1119 or the Florida Council Against Sexual Violence Hotline at 1-888-956-7273. Trauma counseling services are available through the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay and can be scheduled at 813-264-9955.
